Nikon 35mm f/1.8G AF-S DX Lens for Nikon Digital SLR Cameras Review
I was going back and forth with the Nikon 50mm f1.8 lens. I ended up with this one, mainly because I have a D5000 that doesn't have the autofocus motor. I was not disappointed with my choice. Since I've gotten the lens, I've rarely taken it off of the camera. There have been some times where the 50mm wouldn't have worked for the shot I was composing.
The image quality is surprising for a lens this inexpensive. The autofocus motor is nice and quiet, and fast.
Anyone looking for a good, inexpensive prime lens for their D40/60/3000/5000, this is for sure the way to go.
